УРОК - 50 CAVEPEOPLE - TRUE or a TRICK ???

-  Near  the  "UNDERWATER  CLIFFS  ISLAND"  a  journalist  met    very  strange  people !  -  They  lived  in  caves,  wore  leather  clothes,  spoke    ancient  language.    The  journalist  asked  them  to  show  their  dwellings  and  there  were  cave - drawings expressing scene  of  hunting  and  fishing.
   The  journalist  decided to  go  and  come  back  with  a  cameraman  and  to  shoot  a  film  about  that !
   BUT  he  was  very  surpriced after  a  week  when  coming.  There  were  another  people  living  in  small    blocks  of  flats  and  wearing  modern  clothes.  They  had  television,  cars  and  also  old  -  fasioned  dialing  phones.  
  The  journalist  asked  them  for  the  cave  -  people,  but  they  know  nothing  about  them  !    After  a  while    he  met  an  old  man  with  white  hair  and  asked  him.  He  said  that  a  Company  paid  to  some  actors  for  playing  as  cavepeople    BUT  there  were  not  any  real !
    Then   the  journalist  met  an  old  woman,  white  -  haired,  too;  and  she   told  him  that  a  Company  paid  to  the  Modern  People  to  say  that  there had   never  been   CAVEPEOPLE  before  !!!
  WHAT  was  the  TRUTH     and  WHAT  was  the  TRICK  ???
   
    ANSWER   to   that  QUESTION  using  YOUR  IMAGINATION !!!

УРОК 49 WINNERS and LOSERS !!!

     "Rudy  BAYLOR   was  an  inexperienced   Law  student.  He   fights  the  case  for  his  poor  clients.  Fall  in  LOVE  with  a  little  attractive  married  woman  -  Kelly  Ricker.

     Kelly  was  a  victim  of  family  violence. She  was  under  the  circumstances.   Rudy  was  her  lawyer  in  divorce.  But  suddenly  he  fell in  love  with  her.  Her  husband  -  Cliff  was  killed  by  mistake,  when  he   treated  his  wife  with  his  baseball  bat.    They  thought  it  was  Kelly,  but  she  wasn`t.  It  was  another  person.  And  that  was  a  secret  !!!

      Kelly  was  for  24  hours  in  a  jail,  but  Rudy  got  her  out !!  Then  they  go  away.  She  was  only  20.  She  would  like  to  study  in  a  High  School.  Rudy  would  love   to  teach  History  in  a  College.  He  will  not  -  FOR  ANY  REASON  -  be  involved  with  the  Law  anymore  !!!    EVER  !!!

     They  will  settle  in  a  small  town  in  a  place  where  nobody  can  find  them  !!  It  happened  to  be  a  small  college  town  !!!!"

   “I  did  my  employment end  and  on  the  Third  of  October  I   was  fired.  I  was  forced  to  type  and  signed  that  letter.  But  it  was  a  lie,  said  my  lawyer  later.  I  was  supposed  to  give  a  statement  about  the  claim  of  Donny  Ray    Black  on  October, 5.  If  I  wrote  that  letter  and  kept  quiet    the  Company  would  give  me  ten  thousand  dollars.    You  know,  I  bring  up  my  2  children  alone,  and  there  are  a  lot  of  bills  to  pay.  -  SO  I  had  NO  choice !!    I  wrote  the  letter,  took  the  cash    and    signed  an  agreement  NEVER  to  discuss   any  of  my  claim  files  with  anybody.   Especially  the  Black  file  !! 

    …  But  I  talked   to  a  lawyer.   He  told  me  the  agreement  I  signed    was  illegal.    The  big  claims  were  never  paid  unless  a  lawyer  got  involved.  But  the  Company  knows  that  more  of  its  clients  are  uneducated !!   Deny  for  a  year,  add  up  the  money  saved,  substract  the  the  amount    spent  on  quick  settlements  -  leaving  a  pot  of  gold  !!    An  extra  forty  millions  dollars  or  so.

        All  about  BONE   MARROW  TRANSPLANTS !!

    The  insured  man  was    gong  to  die  !!  His  medical  records  were  clear  enough  that  he  would  die    without  Bone  Marrow  Transplant  !!!   

    The  Company  knew    all  of  that  but  they   sell  policies  to  people  which  are  NOT  very  educated  and  they  wouldn`t  talk  to  a  lawyer  !!

    NOW  I  am  in  front  of  you  because  I  know  HOW  they   cheated    thousands  of  people  !!!  That  Story  needs  to  be  told  !!!!!

   Now  Dot  Black  was  in  tears  !!  JURORS  -  noticed  her  crying  -  were  in  Sympathy  !!!    My  eyes  was  watered,  too  !!  Donny  Ray  Black  didn`t  have  to  die  !!!  I  hope  he  is  resting  in  PEACE  now  !!!”
